 Die Gesellschaft baute und betrieb die 78 Meilen lange Strecke von Slatington, Pennsylvania nach Pine Island, New York. 1895 wurde die Linie zwangsversteigert und gelangte so zur Lehigh and New England Railroad.
History (English)
 The company built and operated the 78 miles of railway track between Slatington, Pennsylvania and Pine Island, New York. The line was sold in a forced sale in 1895, and bought by Lehigh and New England Railroad.
