 Das Unternehmen war ein Hersteller von Maschinen im Bereich Fotografie und Druck. Bereits 1938 erhielt man ein US-Patent für eine Maschine, mittels derer sich Fotos vergrößern und drucken ließen. 1941 folgte ein Negativ-Duplikator, 1958 eine Fotokopier-Maschine mit einem sog. „step and repeat“-Mechanismus.

 The company was a manufacturer of equipment for photographic or printing works. Already in 1938 it was granted a US patent for a photographic enlarging and printing machine. 1941 a multiple negative duplicator was invented, further a step and repeat mechanism for photocopying machines in 1958.
