Huntington, signed by him on verso, enclosed: two more documents of the Pacific Electric Railway Co. with original signature of Henry E. Huntington.

 Henry E. Huntington war der Neffe des berühmten Eisenbahnpioniers Collis Potter Huntington. Henry war ebenfalls sehr aktiv im Eisenbahngeschäft. Als Collis Potter Huntington im Jahr 1900 starb, erbte sein Neffe ein Drittel seines Vermögens.

 Henry E. Huntington was the nephew of the well known railroad pioneer Collis Potter Huntington. Henry managed also many railways. When Collis Potter Huntington died in 1900 he left one-third of his estate to Henry.
