Historia (Niemiecki)
 1919 von der Imperial and Foreign Corporation gegründet, erwarb die Gesellschaft zunächst bestimmte Rechte der Anglo-Caribbean Petroleum Syndicate. 1921 wurden neben der Amalgamated Oilfields of Trinidad auch noch verschiedene andere trinidadische Ölfirmen übernommen.

 Formed by the Imperial and Foreign Corporation in 1919, the company acquired certain rights of the Anglo-Caribbean Petroleum Syndicate. In 1921, it took over the Amalgamated Oilfields of Trinidad as well as various other Trinidad oil companies.
