Charles Schwab war ein berühmter Stahlmagnat. Er schaffte es in 20 Jahren vom ungelernten Arbeiter bis zum Präsidenten von Carnegie Steel. Später wurde Schwab zum ersten Präsidenten von U.S. Steel und zum Gründer von Bethlehem Steel. Der gigantische Stahlkonzern United States Steel entstand im Jahr 1901. Andrew Carnegie brachte sein Stahlunternehmen in den Konzern ein und J. P. Morgan formte daraus United States Steel. | |||

Later Schwab was the first president of U.S. Steel and the founder of Bethlehem Steel. The famous steel company was formed in 1901 when Andrew Carnegie brought his steel company into the new company. This was formed by J. P. Morgan. | |||
