Geschichte
 Die Gesellschaft wurde mit einem Kapital von 30.000 Pfund gegründet um die Firma Watamps Ltd. zu übernehmen. Diese hatte ein System entwickelt, das exklusiv von der Seebehörde genutzt wurde und eine sofortige und kabellose Übertragung von Anweisungen von der Kapitänsbrücke in alle Bereiche des Schiffs ermöglichte. Das System konnte auch zur Übertragung von Unterhaltungsprogrammen auf dem Schiff genutzt werden. Das Radio-System wurde auch von der General Steam Navigation Company genutzt und es waren weitere Einsatzbereiche in der Luftfahrt, Bürogebäuden, Hotels und Krankenhäusern angedacht.
Geschichte (Englisch)
 The company was formed with a capital of £30,000 to acquire Watamps Ltd. The Watamp system was exclusively employed by the Admiralty for the instantaneous and wireless transmission of orders from the Captain's bridge to various parts of the vessel. It could also be used to broadcast entertainment programmes throughout the ship. The radio-system was also used by the General Steam Navigation Company and further expansion was planned for use in the airforce and commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals.
