 Die Gesellschaft war eine Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts. Sie baute Straßen, die mautfrei benutzt werden durften. Die Baukosten wurden durch die Ausgabe von diesen Anleihen beglichen. Die Anleihen wurden später aus dem Straßenbau-Fonds beglichen.

 The company was a public corporation. It built turnpikes which could be passed toll free. Companies which were engaged with building turnpikes, were paid with those bonds. The bonds were paid later by a special street building funds.
