 Walt Disney (1901 - 1966) versuchte sich 1922 an seinem ersten Zeichentrickfilm. Ein Jahr darauf gründete er die Disney Brother Studios. 1953 wollte er nach dem Vorbild des Kopenhagener Tivoli-Gartens Disneyland bauen. Sein Bruder Roy ging davon aus, dass die Aktionäre so etwas Spekulatives nicht mittragen würden, weshalb Walt die Firma Walt Disney gründete.

 Walt Disney (1901 - 1966) made his first trick film in 1922. One year later, he founded the Disney Brother Studios. In 1953, Disney planed following the Copenhagen's Tivoli Garden. Walt's brother Roy thought that the shareholders will not accept such a speculative investment. This was the reason why Walt Disney Company was founded.
