Historie (Německo)
 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1866 gegründet. Sie betrieb die 30 Meilen lange Strecke von Mobile nach Mount Vernon (1872 eröffnet) sowie die 26 Meilen lange Strecke von Mobile nach Bigbee Bridge (1873 eröffnet). 1883 kaufte die East Tennessee, Virginia & Georgia Railroad das Streckennetz.
Historie (Angličtina)
 The company was incorporated in 1866. It built and operated 30 miles of railway track from Mobile to Mount Vernon (opened in 1872) and 26 miles of railway track from Mobile to Bigbee Bridge (opened in 1873). The East Tennessee, Virginia & Georgia Railroad bought the railroad track in 1883.
