 Die Gesellschaft, bereits 1943 gegründet, besaß zur Bebauung umfangreichen Grundstücksbesitz in Fayoum am Karoun-See. Die hier vorgestellten Bons konnten gegen Terrain eingetauscht werden, deren Preise aber die Gesellschaft diktierte.
