 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 19.03.1904 nach dem Recht von Guernsey gegründet. Dabei übernahm sie Gebiete mit Goldvorkommen in Matthina, Cornwall County, Tasmanien von einer tasmanischen Firma gleichen Namens, die bereits 1895 errichtet worden war.

 The company was registered under Guernsey laws on 19 March 1904, to acquire the lease of the gold-bearing properties, situated at Matthina, Corwall County, Tasmania of a Tasmanian company of the same name, formed in 1895.
