Historie (Německo)
 Der Ritter von Skoda brachte seine Fabriken in die 1900 gegründete Firma ein. Die Gesellschaft war eine überaus bedeutende Gussstahl-, Maschinen- und Waffenfabrik. Ab 1924 war sie auch im Automobilbau tätig. 1990 wurde Skoda von VW übernommen.

 The company was founded in 1900. The Knight of Skoda sold his factories to the company. The company was an extremely important supplier for cast steel, machinery and weapons. From 1924 it also worked in the automotive industry. In 1990 Skoda was taken over by VW.
