 William Rockefeller (1841-1922) war der Bruder von John D. Rockefeller und einer der Begründer der Standard Oil. Zudem war er Trustee bei der Standard Oil Trust und später President der Standard Oil of New York.

 The share bears the original signature of Henry Clews as president and is issued to William Rockefeller and signed by him on the reverse. William Rockefeller (1841-1922) was the brother of John D. Rockefeller and one of the founders of Standard Oil. In addition, he was the trustee in the Standard Oil Trust and later president of Standard Oil of New York.
