Historie (Angličtina) |
The company was founded in 1913, assisted by Vaterländische Bank in Budapest. It bought the Herzoglich Philipp Coburg'sche Berg- und Hüttenwerke in Pohorella, and all mining shares of the Heinzelmannsche Eisenwerks-Gewerkschaft in Chyznavoda, county Gömörer, Slovakia. During a restructuring process, the company became part of the Mannesmann-Group in 1924. The name was changed to Mannesmann-Coburg Berg- u. Hüttenwerke AG. The French group Tréfileries et Laminoirs du Havre, Paris, bought the share majority in 1927. Because of internal restructuring processes the company became part of the Berg- u. Hüttenwerks-Gesellschaft in Prague in 1929. The name was changed again in Aktiengesellschaft vormals Coburg Berg- u. Hüttenwerke. |
