 Die Gesellschaft wurde im Juli 1908 gegründet. Die Wurzeln des Stammhauses gehen jedoch bis ins Jahr 1828 zurück. Bis zum 12.08.1941 firmierte die Gesellschaft als Feist-Sektkellerei AG, danach als Feist-Belmont'sche Sektkellerei AG. Heute ist die Feist Belmont'sche Sektkellerei GmbH mit Sitz in Trier eine Tochter der Schloss Wachenheim AG.
