Der Erlös aus der Anleihe wurde für den Bau von Kasernen, Kaufhäusern, einem Schlachthof sowie für die Straßenbeleuchtung verwendet. Das Gesamtvolumen der Anleihe betrug nur eine Million Rubel (844.600 Rubel standen 1914 noch aus). Da zudem noch Stücke zu 100 und 500 Rubel ausstanden dürfte die Auflage bei maximal rund 500 Exemplaren gelegen haben. |

The proceeds of the loan were used for building barracks, stores and a slaughterhouse and for the installation of street lighting. The total volume of the loan was only 1,000,000 roubles, of which 844,600 roubles were still outstanding in 1914. While of course also other denominations (100 and 500 roubles) were issued, the number of issued certificates with 1,000 Rubel nominal value should be 500 at the maximum. |

Выручка от размещения займа использовалась на строительство казарм, бойни, а также для установления уличного освещения. Объем займа составлял всего лишь 844.600 руб. (в 1914 г. непогашенными оставались 844.600 руб.). Так как были выпущены и облигации номиналом в 100 и 500 руб., то количество облигаций номиналом в 1.000 руб., скорее всего, не превышает 500. |
