Storia (Tedesco)
 Die Sparkasse wurde 1837 von Jacques Lafitte gegründet, um die Industrialisierung Frankreichs voran zu bringen. Die Bank gab Anleihen aus und investierte das Geld bei Handwerkern, die modernisieren und expandieren wollten. Von 1814 bis 1820 war Lafitte Chef der Nationalbank und sehr kurz auch Primierminister Frankreichs. Obendrein finanzierte er die Rückkehr von Napoléon.

 The savings bank was founded by Jacques Lafitte in 1837. The goal of the savings bank was to support the industrialisation in France. The bank issued bonds and invested the money in handicraft which wanted to grow and modernize. Jacques Lafitte was chief of the national bank during 1814 to 1820. For a short time he was also Prime in France. Last but not least Lafitte financed the return of Napoléon.
