 Die Gesellschaft baute eine 62 Meilen lange Strecke von Hagerstown nach Harrison (Indiana). Die Strecke wurde an die Valley Junction verpachtet. 1890 wurde die Bahn teil des Streckennetzes der Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad.
