 Die am 21.05.1909 gegründete Firma besaß zahlreiche Gesellschaften in der berühmten Goldgräberstadt Dawson City. Die 1896 gegründete Stadt hatte bereits zwei Jahre später 30.000 Einwohner. Nach dem Ende des Goldbooms in den 1920er Jahren wurde es einsam: Heute leben weniger als 1.000 Einwohner in der ehemaligen Goldgräberstadt am Yukon.

 The company was incorporated on 21 May 1909. It owned several other companies in the well known gold-mining town Dawson City. Within two years the 1896 founded city grew up to 30,000 inhabitants. It became lonesome in Dawson City after the end of the gold rush in the 1920s: Today, the former gold-mining town located at the Yukon River has less than 1,000 inhabitants.
