 Die Eisenbahngesellschaft wurde 1868 gegründet. Sie baute und betrieb ein Eisenbahnnetz von 423 Meilen. Die Hauptstrecke führte von Salamanca (New York) nach Dayton (Ohio). 1880 kam die Bahn zu New York, Pennsylvania & Ohio Railroad.

 The railway company was founded in 1868. It built 423 miles or railway network. The mail line ran from Salamanca (New York) to Dayton (Ohio). It became part of the New York, Pennsylvania & Ohio Railroad in 1880.
