 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 02.05.1906 nach dem Recht von Transvaal gegründet. Sie erwarb eine auf zunächst zwei und später auf vier Jahre ausgelegte Option, ein 11.000 Acres großes Gebiet im Fauresmith District, Orange County River Colony, das der Klipfontein Diamond Mine and Estate Limited gehörte, zu entwickeln.

 The company was registered under Transvaal laws on 2 May 1906, and acquired an option for two years (later extended to four years) to prospect and develop a property of 11,000 acres in extent, in the Fauresmith district of the Orange County River Colony, belonging to the Klipfontein Diamond Mine and Estate Limited.
