 Die Firma entstand 1928 im Zuge der Rekonstruktion der Atta Gold Co. Sie übernahm die Alluvial-Gold-Gebiete in östlichen Akim, Gold Coast Colony, heute Ghana. Später erwarb die Gesellschaft zahlreiche Konzessionen im Kwahu District und in der Nähe von Dunkwa.

 Formed in reconstruction, the company took over alluvial gold areas in Eastern Akim, Gold Coast Colony, from Atta Gold Co. in 1928. It acquired several concessions in the Kwahu district and near Dunkwa later.
