 Der wohl bekannteste Hersteller von Luxuskarossen wurde 1904 von den britischen Autopionieren Henry Rolls und Henry Royce gegründet. 1920 baute die Gesellschaft eine Fabrik in Springfield, Massachusetts, und gründete kurze Zeit darauf die Rolls-Royce of America, Inc.

 Probably the most well known manufacturer of luxury limousines was founded in 1904 by the British auto pioneers Henry Rolls and Henry Royce. In 1920 the company built a factory in Springfield, Massachusetts, and founded there for a short time Rolls-Royce of America, Inc.
