The Share Certificate was is- sued because of a capital increase. We know only one more item (#454622, sold in 2011). R11! The largest German bank was founded on 22 January 1870. The company took over the Direction of the Disconto-Gesellschaft K.-G. a. A, which existed until 6 June 1851, by merger in 1929. The company name was changed to Deutsche Bank und Disconto-Gesellschaft. The name was changed back to Deutsche Bank in 1937. The headquarters of the Deutsche Bank were in the eastern part of Berlin at the End of World War II in 1945. The headquarters of the bank were moved to Düsseldorf in 1947. The continued parts of the bank were splitted into ten smaller banks. Shortly thereafter, in Berlin the Berliner Disconto Gesellschaft was founded as predecessor of the Deut- sche Bank. The ten smaller banks were merged to three joint-stock companies: Norddeutsche Bank AG, Rheinisch-Westfälische Bank AG, and Süddeutsche Bank AG. The three banks merged to form the Deutsche Bank AG in 1957. The Group bought the Morgan Gren- fell Group in 1989, and Bankers Trust ten years later. Die Aktie stammte aus einer Kapitalerhöhung. Uns ist nur ein weiteres Exemplar (#454622, versteigert 2011) bekannt. R11! Der Deutsche Bankenprimus wurde am 22.01.1870 gegründet. 1929 übernahm die Gesellschaft die bereits 1856 gegründete und bereits seit 06.06.1851 als gleichnamige Kreditgesellschaft bestehende Direction der Disconto-Gesellschaft K.-G. a. A im Wege der Fusion. Die neue Firmierung lautete fortan: Deutsche Bank und Disconto-Gesellschaft. Bereits 1937 wurde der Zusatz aber wieder gestrichen und die Gesellschaft firmierte fortan als Deutsche Bank. 1945 befand sich die Zentrale der Bank im Osten Berlins. Der Sitz der Altbank wur- de 1947 nach Düsseldorf verlagert. Die fortgeführte Bank wurde in zehn Teilinstitute aufgespalten. Kurz darauf wurde in Berlin die Ber- liner Disconto Bank AG als Nachfolgerin der Deutschen Bank errichtet. 1952 wurden die zehn Nachfolge-Institute in drei Aktiengesell- schaften - die Norddeutsche Bank AG, die Rheinisch-Westfälische Bank AG und die Süddeutsche Bank AG - zusammengefasst. Diese fusionierten 1957 zur Deutschen Bank AG. 1989 erwarb die Bank die Morgan Gren- fell Group und zehn Jahre später Bankers Trust.
