The original bond was auctioned at an art auction at a price of US-$ 1.1 million in 2010. It is the most expensive Scripophily in the world! The company was founded by Marcel Duchamp in 1924. Duchamp was sole owner and manager of the company. He had the idea to blast the casino of Monte Carlo by a system he developed. He issued the bonds to finance his plans. Duchamp planned to sell 30 Bonds. But he sold less than the 30 bonds in the end. To execute his plan, Duchamp travelled to Monte Carlo at the beginning of 1925. Das Original brachte 2010 auf einer Kunstauktion 1,1 Millionen US-Dollar. Es ist damit das teuerste Historische Wertpapier der Welt. Die Gesellschaft wurde 1924 von Marcel Duchamp ge- gründet. Er war Geschäftsführer und auch alleiniger Eigentümer. Mit Hilfe von Obligationen wollte er ein von ihm entwickeltes System finanzieren, mit dem er die Bank des Casinos in Monte Carlo zu sprengen hoffte. Insgesamt wollte Duchamp 30 Anleihen plat- zieren. Doch es wurden weit weniger Anleihen ver- kauft. Anfang 1925 reiste Duchamp nach Monte Carlo um seinen Plan in die Tat umzusetzen.
