Die Plantage befand sich am Fluss Commewijne und zwischen den Plantagen Voorburg und á la bonne heure. Basis der ausgegebenen Anteile war eine Hypothek von 260.000 Gulden, die Catherina Margaretha Miesegaes, die Witwe des Plantagenbesitzers, der Bank Van den Broeke en Walraven einräumte. Die Witwe und ihre sechs Kinder mussten das Darlehen innerhalb von 30 Jahren zurückzahlen. Mit dem eingenommenen Geld zahlte die Witwe eine alte Hypothek über 250.000 Gulden zurück. Van den Broeke en Walraven emittierten 220 Bonds zu je 1.000 Gulden und 80 zu je 500 Gulden.
The plantation was located at the river Commewijne between the plantations Voorburg and á la bonne heure.
