Sie errichtete an der Ecke Washington und Laight streets in Tribeca, Manhattan, neben Swift’s sugar-house eine große und solide Zuckerraffinerie. 2002 wurde das Gebäude renoviert. Heute befinden sich darin auf 115.000 Quadratfuß luxuriöse Lofts und Penthäuser mit 2 bis 4 Schlafzimmern.
The company built an extensive and very substantial sugar refinery on the side of Swift’s sugar-house, corner of Washington and Laight streets in Tribeca, Manhattan. The company was organised with a capital of US-$400,000. The building was restored in 2002. It offers 115,000 square feet of luxurious 2–4-bedroom lofts and penthouses.
