 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 11. April 1928 gegründet. Sie stellte antiseptische Präparate wie Lysolats, Soliment und Creo-Garlic her. Die Firma wurde gegründet um die Geschäfte und Vermögensgegenstände der Solidol Chemical Company zu übernehmen. Zudem erwarb die Gesellschaft 1932 die Geschäfte der Solidol Chemical (Francs) Ld. und besaß alle Anteile an der Société Francaise du Lyson and Solidol S. A.

 The company was registered on 11 April 1928. It manufactured and sold antiseptic preparations including Lysolats, Soliment and Creo-Garlic. It was formed to acquire undertaking and certain assets of Solidol Chemical Company. It also bought undertaking of Solidol Chemical (Francs) Ld. in 1932. Furthermore it owned the total share capital of Société Francaise du Lyson and Solidol S. A.
