 Der Giant's Causeway befindet sich an der nördlichen Küste des Countys Antrim in Nordirland. Er besteht aus etwa 40.000 gleichmäßig geformten Basaltsäulen, die bei einem Vulkanausbruch vor etwa 60 Millionen Jahren entstanden. Der Ort erlangte bereits in 19. Jahrhundert immer mehr Bekanntheit und zog nach und nach Touristen an. Seit 1986 ist der Giant’s Causeway zudem UNESCO-Welterbestätte. Zumindest früher wurden die Steinvorkommen wohl auch noch anderweitig genutzt: Die Gesellschaft war offensichtlich im "Steingeschäft" tätig und offerierte Basaltprodukte, zumindest Schotter und Splitt.

 The Giant's Causeway is located in the County Antrim on the north coast of Northern Ireland. It is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns and result of an ancient volcanic eruption around 60 million years ago. The site first became popular with tourists during the 19th century and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. Anyway, at least in former times there seems to have been another use of these stones: This company seems to have been operating in the stone business and providing at least basalt macadam and basalt chippings.
