 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 7. April 1880 gegründet. In den ersten 25 Jahren ihres Bestehens baute die Gesellschaft hunderte von Aquädukten und Bewässerungsgräben mit einer Gesamtlänge von 817 Kilometern. 1997 kam die Gesellschaft zur Ferfina Group. Im Laufe ihres Bestehens errichtete die Gesellschaft Dämme, hydroelektrische Anlagen, Autobahnen, Eisenbahnen, U-Bahnen, Hafenanlagen, Bewässerungsprojekte, Flughäfen und vieles mehr.

 The company was established on 7 April 1880. In the initial 25 years of activity, the Company has designed hundreds of aqueducts and constructed 160 feeder mains for an overall length of 817 km. The company was acquired by the Ferfina Group in 1997. In its history full with events, the Group has carried out dams, hydroelectric plants, roads, highways, railways, undergrounds, ports and maritime works, hydraulic and irrigation projects, airports, underground works, civil engineering works for thermal and nuclear power stations, and much more.
