 Bei dem Unternehmen handelt es sich um die Kreditbank der Chassidim. Sie wurde von den orthodoxen, nicht zionistischen Juden gegründet, die aus Polen nach Palästina eingewandert sind. Angeführt wurden sie vom berühmten Rabbiner Avraham Mordechai Alter aus Góra Kalwaria.
