 Die National Transit war innerhalb des Standard Oil Trustes die größte Einzelgesellschaft. Sie fungierte als Holding für die Pipeline- und Transportaktivitäten. Henry H. Rogers (1840-1909), der die Aktie als President persönlich unterschrieben hat, war neben Rockefeller und Flagler die maßgebliche Persönlichkeit der Standard Oil.

 Original signature of H. H. Rogers (validated based on writing). The certificate is issued to the Trustees of the Standard Oil Trust. National Transit was the largest individual company within the Standard Oil Trustees. This company functioned as holding for the pipeline and transport activities. Henry H. Rogers (1840-1909), who had personally subscribed the share as president, was the leading personality of Standard Oil next to Rockefeller and Flagler.
