 Während des 2. Weltkrieges revolutionierte Henry J. Kaiser den Bau von Schiffen, indem er die bereits aus der Automobilproduktion bekannte Fließbandfertigung übernahm. Joseph W. Frazer war lange Zeit President von Graham-Paige Motor. Nach dem Ende des 2. Weltkrieges haben sich Kaiser und Frazer zusammengeschlossen um einen internationalen Automobilkonzern zu formen.

 The share is issued to „Henry J. Kaiser and Joseph W. Frazer as Voting Trustees“ and both have signed the attached transfer certificate. Henry J. Kaiser revolutionized the construction of ships during the II. World War by adopting the conveyor belt manufacturing known from the automobile production. For a long time Joseph W. Frazer was president of Graham-Paige Motor. After the end of the II. World War, both Kaiser and Frazer joined forces to establish an international group of automobile companies.
