 Fiume (heute Rijeka) gehörte in den vergangenen Jahrunderten wechselnd zu Österreich, Ungarn, Kroatien, Italien und Jugoslawien. Nach der Annektion durch Italien im Jahr 1924 bestand die Gesellschaft weiter. Es wurden neue Kupons ausgegeben und eine italienische Steuermarke aufgebracht. Erst im kommunistischen Jugoslawien ging die Gesellschaft unter. Seit Jahren sind nur 5 bis 6 Exemplare bekannt.

 In previous centuries Fiume (today’s Rijeka) belonged to Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, and Yugoslavia. After its annexation by Italy in 1924 the society continued to exist due to the issue of new coupons and the printing of an Italian tax stamp. It was only in Communist Yugoslavia that the society ceased to exist. For years now only 5 to 6 copies have been known of this particular paper.
