 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1904 gegründet um die österreichischen Interessen an der Anglicia Petroleum Co. zu übernehmen. Sie erwarb Ölfelder in Boruslaw, Schodnica, Tustanowice und anderen Teilen Galiziens sowie eine Raffinerie in Drohobycz.

 The company was founded in 1904 to take over the Austrian interests in the Anglicia Petroleum Co. The company bought oil fields in Boruslaw, Schodnica, Tustanowice and other parts of Galicia and a refinery in Drohobycz.
