Histoire (Allemand)
 Die Gesellschaft entstand 1969 durch den Zusammenschluss der Konzerne von Johann Jacob Schweppe und John Cadbury. 2008 wurde das nordamerikanische Getränkegeschäft an die Dr. Pepper Snapple Group ausgegliedert. Das verbleibende Süßwarengeschäft firmierte in der Folge als Cadbury plc. Dieses Unternehmen wurde 2009 von Kraft Foods übernommen. Kraft Foods selbst firmiert heute als Mondelēz International.
Histoire (Anglais)
 The company was created by the merger of the companies of Johann Jacob Schweppe and John Cadbury in 1969. The US drink business was split off and sold to Dr. Petter Snapple Group in 2008. The remaining chocolate and confectionery business remained and the company was renamed to Cadbury plc. This company was taken over by Kraft Foods in 2009. Kraft Foods changed its name to Mondelēz International meanwhile.
