Histoire (Allemand)
 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1901 von Erik O. Lindblom, John Brynteson und Jafet Lindeberg gegründet. Sie hatte Niederlassungen in Seattle und San Francisco und war die größte Minengesellschaft, die in Nome, Alaska, operierte. 1917 wurde sie in Carson City, Nevada, unter dem Namen Pioneer Mining and Ditch Company reorganisiert. Sie wurde 1929 offiziell aufgelöst, allerdings erledigte der Sekretär Guy Campbell sämtliche die Firma betreffenden Geschäfte noch bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1951.
Histoire (Anglais)
 The company was founded by Erik O. Lindblom, John Brynteson and Jafet Lindeberg in 1901. It had offices in Seattle and San Francisco and was the largest mining company operating in Nome, Alaska. In 1917, the company reorganized in Carson City, Nevada, under the name Pioneer Mining and Ditch Company. It was officially dissolved in 1929, but secretary Guy Campbell continued to handle company-related business until his death in 1951.
