 Die Gesellschaft wurde am 18. September 1897 gegründet um das Geschäft mit Kautschuk und Kaffeehändler, Tabak- und Zigarrenherstellern in London und Mexico von einer Firma gleichen Namens zu übernehmen. Die Geschäfte in Mexico wurden 1906 an die Chilian Exploration and Development Syndicate, Limited verkauft.
Histoire (Anglais)
 The company was registered on 18 September 1897, to take over the business in London and Mexico of India rubber and coffee merchants, tobacco and cigar manufacturers of the firm of the same name. The estates in Mexico were sold to the Chilian Exploration and Development Syndicate, Limited in 1906.
