 Die Gesellschaft entstand 1900 durch die Reorganisation der Lydenburg Minerals Exploring Company, Limited. Sie besaß sechs Farmen mit insgesamt 48,800 Acres Grund. Fünf Farmen waren im Lydenburg District (Transvaal) und eine in der Nähe des Zoutpansberg District gelegen.

 In 1900, the company was registered in reconstruction of the Lydenburg Minerals Exploring Company, Limited. The company owned six freehold farms of a total area of 48,800 acres, five situated in the Lydenburg district of the Transvaal and one near the Zoutpansberg district.
