 Zweck der Gesellschaft war der Erwerb, die Erneuerung und der Betrieb des schon damals traditionsreichen Luxushotels. Der Tempel des Sonnengottes Ra zog zahlreiche Pilger in die unterägyptische Stadt Heliopolis. So brauchte sich das Hotel um seine Auslastung keine Sorgen zu machen. Heute dient die abgebildete Hotelanlage als Sitz der ägyptischen Regierung.
Histoire (Anglais)
 The company bought, renovated and operated the traditional hotel. The temple of the sun god Ra attracted many pilgrims to the city of Heliopolis. Therefore the hotel was always busy. Today the hotel shown on the certificate is the seat of the Egyptian government.
