Histoire (Allemand)
 Der Basingstocke Canal liegt im südlichen Teil von England, zwischen Greywell (Hamshire) und Woodham (Surrey). Er wurde zwischen 1788 und 1794 erbaut und ist 32 Meilen lang. Nach einigen Jahren der Ausbesserungsarbeiten ist der Kanal jetzt voll schiffbar. Eigentümer sind heute je rund zur Hälfte Hamshire County Council und Surrey County Council.
Histoire (Anglais)
 The Basingstocke Canal is located in the Southern part of England between Greywell (Hamshire) and Woodham (Surrey). It was built between 1788 and 1794 and is 32 miles long. After several years of renovations, the Canal is now fully navigable. Today, ownership is divided and belongs to about half to Hamshire County Council and about half to Surrey County Council.
