 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1889 gegründet. Sie baute eine Bahn, die Aragon mit der Ostküste Spaniens verband. 1896 wurde die Konzession dann von der Constructions de Chemins de Fer en Espagne übernommen. Aus der Bahn wurde die Ferrocarril Central de Aragon.

 The company was founded in 1889. It built a line linking Aragon to the east coast of Spain. In 1896, the concession was taken over by Constructions de Chemins de Fer en Espagne. The line became the Ferrocarril Central de Aragon.
