 Die Kolonialgesellschaft wurde am 25 August 1900 gegründet. Sie betrieb die Landwirtschaft auf der portugiesischen Insel Principe im Golf von Guinea. Auf den Plantagen wurden Kakao, Kaffee, Zuckerrohr, Kokos- und Ölpalmen angebaut.

 The colonial company was founded on 25 August 1900. It had plantations at the Isle Principe in the Gulf of Guinea. The company produced cacao, coffee, sugar cane, cocos and oil palms.
