 Die Gesellschaft wurde 1863 gegründet, als Monaco noch klein und nur wenig bekannt war. Bereits zwei Jahre zuvor hatte Francois Blanc die Konzession für ein Casino erhalten, die er in die Gesellschaft einbrachte. Heute ist das Casino ein beliebter Treffpunkt der High-Society. Die Gesellschaft ist noch heute an der Börse notiert!

 The company was founded in 1863 when Monaco was small and not well known. In 1861 Francois Blanc got a concession, which he gave to the company. Today the casino is a famous meeting point of the High-Society. The company is still listed on the stock market.
