Factos históricos (Inglês) |
In 1872 the factory of Granger and Hyan was converted to a joint stock company. Later the new company bought properties in Cologne (Köpenickerstraße) and in Dommitzsch. In 1877 the gas and water pipe business was given up. The production of clay pipes in Dommitzsch was continued, but like many other companies this one did not properly conduct its business. The public prosecutors took note of the proceedings in 1877. Two years before, convertible shares had been issued, each for three of the old shares. It seems that this certificate had simply been forgotten at the conversion. |
