| Die Plantage befand sich am Fluss Commewijne und zwischen den Plantagen Voorburg und á la bonne heure. Basis der ausgegebenen Anteile war eine Hypothek von 260.000 Gulden, die Catherina Margaretha Miesegaes, die Witwe des Plantagenbesitzers, der Bank Van den Broeke en Walraven einräumte. Die Witwe und ihre sechs Kinder mussten das Darlehen innerhalb von 30 Jahren zurückzahlen. Mit dem eingenommenen Geld zahlte die Witwe eine alte Hypothek über 250.000 Gulden zurück. Van den Broeke en Walraven emittierten 220 Bonds zu je 1.000 Gulden und 80 zu je 500 Gulden. | ||||
| The plantation was located at the river Commewijne between the plantations Voorburg and á la bonne heure. The Basis of the Shares was a mortgage of 260,000 Guilders between Catherina Margaretha Miesegaes, the widow of the plantation's owner, and the bankers firm Van den Broeke en Walraven. The widow and their six children had to repay the loan within 30 years. The widow payed of an old mortgage of 250,000 Guilders with this money. The banking firm issued 220 Bonds of 1,000 Guilders and 80 Bonds of 500 Guilders. | ||||
