| Die im Juni 1885 gegründete Gesellschaft baute eine Eisenbahnlinie zwischen Prescott Junction (später Seligman genannt) und Prescott in Arizona. In Prescott Junction hatte die Bahn Anschluss an die Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad. Die Linie wurde am 31. | The company was chartered in June 1885. It built a railway track between Prescott Junction (later called Seligman) and Prescott in Arizona. At Prescott Junction the line was connected to the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad.
