| Die Eisenbahngesellschaft wurde 1913 gegründet um die 8,2 Meilen lange Strecke der Mill Valley and Mt. Tamalpais Scenic Railway zu übernehmen. Zudem errichtete die Gesellschaft die 2,9 Meilen lange Abzweigung von Mesa nach Muir Woods. | The railway company was incorporated in 1913. It took over the 8.2 miles long railway line from the Mill Valley and Mt. Tamalpais Scenic Railway. Furthermore it built 2.9 miles of railway track from the junction at Mesa to Muir Woods.
