Alle vier deutschen Schiffskredit-Spezialinstitute (Deutsche Schiffahrtsbank, Deutsche Schiffskreditbank, Deutsche Schiffspfandbriefbank, Deutsche Schiffsbeleihungsbank) im Laufe der Jahre unter einem Dach. An dieser Gesellschaft sind neben der Commerzbank auch die Dresdner Bank und die Vereins- und Westbank beteiligt.
