	Chemnitz, 16.03.1920, Aktie über 1.000 Mark, später auf 100 RM umgestempelt, #4891, 26,6 x 36,2 cm, grün, schwarz, grau, Knickfalten, Einrisse hinterklebt, Bezugsrechtsstempel, sechs Stücke lagen im Reichsbankschatz, das vorliegende ist nicht entwertet!

	Die Gesellschaft wurde am 30. März 1857 gegründet. Zweck waren Herstellung und Verwertung von Garnen und Zwirnen, auch Beteiligung an verwandten Unternehmungen, Errichtung und Betrieb mechanischer Webereien. Vorzugsweise wurden hergestellt: Herrenhemden und Unterhosen, Damenschlupfhosen und Unterjacken. 1929 wurde die Auflösung der Gesellschaft beschlossen.
